What to pack in a hospital bag

Knowing what to pack in your hospital bag can be confusing, as there is so much information about this.

The best way to avoid taking too much is to write a list of the things you really need, and don’t take anything that isn’t necessary.

A new baby will need very little in the hospital, only nappies, clothes and a car seat or pram to return home in.

Think of what to take for yourself too, and whatever you chose to take, remember to take your birthing notes and some bed clothes.
