Looking after mental health in pregnancy
Looking after mental health in pregnancy
During pregnancy it's as important to take care of your mental health as it is your physical health.
Hormones and changes to your body can affect your emotional health. Some people may have suffered with mental health problems before, but it is quite common for mental health problems to start during pregnancy or after the birth.
There are now many services available to help and guide you, so you don’t have to cope alone.
