Free parent-to-be courses for men and their partners
If your partner is due in August, September or October and you live in York, you're invited to join the 'Family Foundations' parenting group and access free courses for men and their partners.
The Family Foundations parenting group:
- supports dads and their partners to adjust to life with a baby
- encourages couples to work together as a team
- helps couples feel more confident in looking after their child and being loving partners
Research shows that taking part in Family Foundations parenting groups can make a big difference to how parents care for their child, and can even improve births and your chances of getting more sleep!
