6 to 8 week review

6 to 8 week review

The 6 to 8 week review will give you a chance to talk again about some of the things discussed at the new baby review.

At this stage lots of changes are happening for you, your baby and family and you may be wondering about these and how to support your baby’s development, to give them the best start.

The 6 to 8 week review gives you the opportunity to find out about your baby’s development stage and how you can help support your baby’s brain development. Immunisations, baby crying, safety and child health is included as well as taking care of you as parents and carers.

  • family well-being and emotional health
  • changes you may be seeing in your baby as they develop
  • activities you can do with your baby
  • baby safety
  • baby crying and coping with crying
