3 to 4 month workshop: next steps for you and your baby

This workshop is offered to you when your baby reaches around 3 to 4 months old and will be arranged with you by the Health Visitor at the 6 to 8 week review.

At this stage lots of developmental changes are happening for your baby and you may be wondering about how to support them to give them the best start.

The “Next steps for you and your baby workshop” gives you the opportunity to find out about your baby’s development stage, including when and how to introduce solid food and how you can help support baby brain development. Safety and child health is included as well as taking care of you as parents and carers. This is also a chance to meet other parents and carers in a friendly, informal way.
