12 month review
When your baby is around 9 to 12 months old, we'll contact you by letter or telephone with an appointment.
We'll ask you to complete a questionnaire about your child's development before the appointment. This contact is a chance to talk about your child’s health and development and what you can do to help them during this stage.
All children are unique and will reach developmental milestones at a time and rate that’s unique to them. If you have any concerns about your child’s health and development, we can discuss this and offer support and advice if needed.
We'll also talk about:
- immunisations
- healthy eating
- play and activities
- dental health
- family well-being and emotional health
- sleep
- child vitamins and Healthy Start scheme
