Thank you for transforming the Local Offer, it has definitely made it easier for parents to navigate!

After the conference on Tuesday we have had nearly 20 applications and/or renewals for myFIS+ and the max card. Well done in spreading the word.

We need a place that is quick to read just to see what is going on

We have developed a Facebook page to connect with the community. Our aim is to post a few times a week, sharing events and connecting with other services and also to let the community know when we have made considerable updates to the website. We're also hoping to use this as another means of retrieving feedback.

Where do we find the website and how does the website work?

We have created a short video demonstrating how you can locate the website from a simple Google search and this video also goes on to show you how the website works, how the information is split into sections and more details about the sorts of information you'll be able to find on the website.

It's hard to know who and what the Local Offer is connected to

We have created a better and bolder logo so it is more recognisable, which we have now implemented across all of our services.

As a service provider I need reminding of the Local Offer so I can remember to direct the community to the website if they have any queries

We created a new footer for emails which is attached to all of those connected with the Local Offer email signatures. By doing this we're ensuring the promotion of the Local Offer occurs frequently and effectively.
