Clifton Children's Centre - a Family Hub

Clifton Children’s Centre, a Family Hub Children’s Centre, is situated within the grounds of Clifton Green Primary School. The pedestrian entrance to the site is near the back of the main car park on the left.

Visit Clifton Children Centre to access a range of activities and groups and planned appointments, including midwifery and baby self-weigh.

The centre is part of Raise York, Your Family Hub Network and families can be sure to receive a warm welcome when they arrive at the centre. The Family Hubs are currently being piloted in York and when you arrive at Clifton Children’s Centre on Wednesdays, between 9.00am and 12.00pm, you can drop in to access free activities and play aimed at under 5s during term time and including primary age as well during the holidays (although everyone is welcome). Parents and carers must stay and supervise their children whilst attending the drop in – free coffee, teas and water is available too. There’s also the opportunity to have a chat with a Family Navigator or Information Officer, who can help signpost and navigate you to services and information. When you enter the children's centre for the Family Hub drop-in, press the bell marked Family Hub. If you're coming by car, please press the Family Hub button to the right of the car park gates.
