Clifton Children's Centre - a Family Hub

Clifton Children’s Centre, is situated within the grounds of Clifton Green Primary School. The pedestrian entrance to the site is near the back of the main car park on the left.

The centre is part of Raise York, Your Family Hub Network and families can be sure to receive a warm welcome when they arrive at the centre.

Clifton Children’s Centre is also home to SEND Central, a family hub dedicated to families who have children and young people with disabilities and additional needs. Visit the York SEND Local Offer website for more information on what help is available at SEND Central and a timetable of specific events and support for families who have children with disabilities and additional needs.

• York Inspirational Kids' (YIK's) Special Educational Needs Parent and Baby Toddler Group, first Wednesday morning of the month, drop-in
• Seedlings, an under 5s stay and play group for children with special educational needs and disabilities. This is a free, drop in group running once a month 9.30am until 11.00am. Visit Seedlings for more information

Thursdays:

• Healthy Child Service Drop-in and baby self weigh, 9.00am to 12:00pm
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances the drop in clinic at Clifton Childrens Centre on Thursday 27 November 9.00am to midday has been cancelled

• YIK's Sibs Club, 6.45pm to 8.30pm - pre-booking required, email [email protected]
