The Avenues Children’s Centre - a Family Hub

The building work is now complete and The Avenues Children’s Centre is back open to welcome you in.

The Avenues Children’s Centre is situated within Tang Hall Primary School.

Visit The Avenues Children’s Centre to access a range of activities and groups and planned appointments, including midwifery and baby self-weigh.

Please note: midwifery are still operating from Clementhorpe Health Centre for the time being. When you receive your appointment, details of where your appointment will be held will be included at the time of booking.

Tuesdays:

Wednesdays:

• Healthy Child Service appointments
• Big Futures Foundation, 3.00pm to 5.00pm

Fridays:

• Healthy Child Service drop in clinic and baby self-weigh, 9.00am to midday
