Warm welcome - pop in and see us
We'll be offering a range of warm welcomes at children’s centres, libraries and other community venues so look out for our Raise York logo.
The Warm Welcomes will offer activities, refreshments and access to a range of information helpful to families. We will be running our Warm Welcome sessions from 9.00am to 12.00pm so we'll be there if you want to pop in after school drop off or later in the morning. So just pop in any time.
The activities will be run by our Family Navigators, with support from our new Parent Champions. We'll also have an Information Officer available if you want to have a chat about specific information or other activities or services available.
We currently offer activities in Hob Moor, Clifton and the Avenues Children’s Centres. We're also at York Explore, Acomb Explore and Tang Hall Explore. We visit these locations after story time.
