Badger Notes

The York and Scarborough NHS maternity service is now using Badger Notes, which is an electronic system aimed at giving mothers more access to and control of their pregnancy records and care notes.

This is an online portal and app that gives you access to your maternity records over the internet, using a computer or even a phone.

The information includes all your maternal notes that have been added by your GP, midwife or other healthcare professional, allowing you to view all the information that has been written about you and your pregnancy.
