  • Samaritans - a free phone line, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Offering emotional support for anyone experiencing suicidal thoughts. Telephone: 01904 116 123
  • Young Minds - text telephone: 07483 167931. They will text you back within 48 hours. This is a counselling service for 16 to 25-year-olds. Contact the service by email: [email protected] or telephone: 01904 643364 option 1
  • The Mix - support service for young people aged up to 25-years-old. Help you take on any challenge you’re facing - from mental health to money, homelessness to finding a job. 24/7 text helpline Text THEMIX to telephone: 85258.   • Papyrus - provides support, practical advice and information to people up to the age of 35 who are worried about themselves, or to anyone who is worried about a young person. Telephone: 0800 068 4141 the HOPEline is open 9.00am to midnight
