Your feedback about the Raise York website
It is difficult to find some activities and groups on the website and within the directory.
We've added key words such as ‘toddler group’ and ‘support service’ to the Raise York search bar to make it easier to find the directory. Within the directory we have added a ‘search by vacancy age range’ filter into the activities search. We've added age range results in the results list, before clicking through to the provider. We have made the message about contacting the Family Information Service if struggling to find services more prominent.
It is difficult to find parenting information.
We have created new headings and clearer links to the different support available to families.
I have struggled to find information on funded childcare.
We have added more keywords related to funded childcare to the search, to make signposting to the relevant pages more appropraite.
I have recommended the Raise York website to other parents. The website is easy to use.
I am new to my role working with children, families and young people and I have found the Raise York website easy to navigate and intuitive.
