Early Years Practitioner - Nest Nursery

Nest Nursery is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join its friendly team.

Nest is a small, welcoming nursery that prides itself on creating a nurturing, homely environment where children feel happy, safe and supported to thrive.

About the Role:

Position: Early Years Practitioner

This is a part-time position working 2 to 3 days per week, with a flexible working pattern and opportunities for additional hours and overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting children aged 0-5 years through engaging, play-based learning.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Helping to create a stimulating, caring and inclusive environment.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an early years setting.
• A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding requirements.
• A caring, proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• The ability to work as part of a small, supportive team.
