Early Years Educator - The Mount School York

We are currently seeking to recruit a warm, creative Early Years Educator to nurture curiosity and joyful discovery in our 2 to 4-year-olds.

You will help create calm, engaging learning environments, facilitate open-ended investigations, support nature-based learning, and contribute to reflective, child-centred practice across the setting.

About the Role:

Position: Early Years Educator

Responsibilities:

• Creating calm and engaging learning environments for children aged 2 to 4 years old.
• Facilitating open-ended investigations and child-led learning experiences.
• Supporting nature-based learning opportunities.
• Contributing to reflective, child-centred practice across the setting.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 or Level 6 Early Years qualification.
• A creative and nurturing approach to early education.
• A commitment to child-centred learning and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
