We are now looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring, and caring Early Years Educator to join our expanding team and help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of our youngest learners every single day.

About the Role:

Position: Early Years Educator

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional early years education and care tailored to specific age groups, from babies aged 3 months to preschool age.
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through creative play and structured learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Organising and managing daily routines for different age groups, including feeding, changing, activity planning and school-readiness activities.
• Planning, tracking, and evaluating children's progress, setting individual learning targets and keeping accurate records through Tapestry.
• Maintaining positive relationships with parents and carers, providing updates and feedback on children’s development and wellbeing.
• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, while following health and safety policies.

Essential Requirements:

• F&R Level 2 or 3 qualification.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an early years, nursery, or childcare setting is preferred.
• A kind, caring, energetic, and flexible approach.
• The ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for role-modelling positive behaviour.
• A clear Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or willingness to obtain one.
