To book a place on the Childminding Information Session, please complete this form and a member of the Early Years and Childcare Quality Improvement team will contact you with further details on how to join. If you're unable to attend any of the dates, select the 'Alternative date request' option and we will be in touch to discuss your availability.
All sessions will take place online.
