Look Say Sing Play Stay and Play sessions
Look Say Sing Play Stay and Play sessions
The Look Say Sing Play partnership has made it possible to offer weekly Stay and Play sessions for parents and carers with children aged 0 - 5 years, across York, creating valuable opportunities for families.
The free drop-in Stay and Play sessions are held weekly at:
- Huntington Library - Mondays 10.00am to 11.30am
- Tang Hall Explore - Mondays 10.30am to midday
- The Place, Sanderson Community House - Tuesdays 10.00am to 11.30am
- Acomb Explore - Wednesdays 10.00am to 11.30am
- York Explore Library and Archive - Wednesdays 1.00pm to 2.30pm
- Clifton Explore Library - Fridays 10.30am to midday
With funding support, Family Learning Childcare Workers are on hand to provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) while facilitating the sessions, alongside the provision of high-quality, age-appropriate toys designed to help develop children’s brains through play, inspired by the principles of the NSPCC’s Look, Say, Sing, Play campaign.
