Special Educational Needs and Disability Survey for parents/carers and professionals

York’s Local Offer for SEND are asking parents/carers, CYC, health staff and school staff to complete their SEND survey.

This survey will structure our current Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and Joint Commissioning Strategy whilst helping us to understand what is working well and what changes can be made in regards to the Special Educational Needs and/or Disability system. We ask that you complete the survey honestly, and support us with practical examples of how you feel we can make positive changes to our system.
