We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As the Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, while also managing the daily operations of the nursery room. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding staff and ensuring that all children receive the highest quality of care and education.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily activities and routines within the nursery room, ensuring a safe, caring and engaging environment for children.
Focus on learning through play.
Manage and support nursery staff, providing guidance and training as needed to enhance their professional development.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, and any concerns that may arise.
Foster a positive atmosphere within the nursery, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Promote best practices in childcare and early childhood education within the nursery setting.
Experience
Proven experience in a childcare setting, preferably within a nursery environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
