Preschool Manager - Bishopthorpe Preschool Playgroup

We're looking for a hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic preschool manager to join our lovely preschool.

This rewarding role involves ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained, while leading with passion and professionalism in a nurturing and inspiring environment where our children can learn and thrive.

We’re looking for:

• a minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• proven experience in a leadership role within an Early Years setting
• strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding and OFSTED requirements
• excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
