Preschool Manager - Phoenix Under Fives Preschool

Are you ready to take the lead? We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Manager to join our small, friendly team and provide high-quality care and carefully curated play for young children.

About the Role:

Position: Preschool Manager

Start Date: Summer Term 2025

Responsibilities:

• Providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for preschool-aged children.
• Planning and implementing engaging invitations to play that support children's development.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Maintaining a clean and organised learning environment.
• Adhering to all safeguarding policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements:

• A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Leadership experience Experience working with young children.
• A secure understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early years education.
• A current enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Knowledge of The Curiosity Approach (desirable)
