Holgate Pre School Manager

We are looking for an experienced Pre-school Manager to lead our friendly team in a busy church based early years setting rated 'Good' by OFSTED. This is a permanent, term time only position. You must hold a relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification and have experience in a senior leadership role within the early years sector. You will be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the pre-school. You will be required to effectively manage and support staff, identify their training requirements and carry out supervision and performance reviews. You must be able to plan and deliver the EYFS curriculum to a high and consistent standard. You will be responsible in ensuring all policies, procedures and records are accurately maintained and kept up to date. You will be required to fulfil the legal and statutory frameworks and ensuring OFSTED requirements are met. You will ideally have knowledge and experience of safeguarding practice and meeting the needs of children with SEN within a SENCO role. You will be required to liaise and maintain a strong working relationship with parents/carers, the pre school committee and external agencies. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Term time only.
