Early Years Educator Apprentice

Are you starting your journey in early years education and eager to learn in a calm, supportive setting? Osbaldwick Montessori in York is looking for a warm, enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice to join our small and passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to train and gain hands-on experience in a setting inspired by the Montessori approach – where children are respected, encouraged to be independent, and nurtured through calm, child-led learning.

The Role: As an Apprentice, you will:

• Work alongside experienced educators supporting children aged 18 months–5 years
• Help create a warm, engaging environment that follows each child’s interests
• Learn about Montessori principles and how to apply them in practice
• Develop your knowledge while working towards your Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

About You:

• A genuine love for working with young children
• Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team
• Kind, calm, reliable and a great communicator
• No experience needed – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
