Deputy Manager - Liliput Day Nursery

We're searching for a Deputy Manager to work alongside the Owner/Nursery manager of a small family feel day nursery. The role is to support and lead a team of professionals in creating a safe stimulating warm environment where each child has the opportunity to reach their full potential through a range of experiences. The ideal candidate will want to create change and understand that no two days are the same, a passion for wanting the best start for our children, implementing the EYFS framework and being able to review and reflect on current practice.
