Preschool Manager - Clifton Moor Preschool

We are hiring… Preschool Manager Due to retirement we are looking for an Amazing Manager to join our well-established dedicated team at Clifton Moor Preschool. The position is fulltime, ideally to start June or July in the hope of providing an opportunity to work alongside the current Manager for an effective and supported handover. You'll need to be:

• qualified to a minimum Level 3 in EY
• have an understanding of administration tasks including funding, invoicing and budget control
• experience in leading and motivating a team
• be an effective communicator, approachable to Staff, parents and other professionals
• flexible to meet the needs of the setting
• committed to child-centered learning
• confident in practice that supports and encourages children to make their own choices to freely engage in a range of different experiences

Clifton Moor Preschool is a friendly local preschool, providing a well-regarded service to the community. We welcome children from 2 years and 6 months. We are open 8.45am to 3.15pm, 5 days per week, term time only. The trustees are fully committed to the safeguarding of all children, and this position is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
